Submitting a claim:<\/strong> Claims are accepted by emailing support@confection-u.com<\/strong><\/a>. You can use the Complaint Form.<\/a><\/p>

Options in case of defects:<\/strong> You have the right to choose to remedy the defect by replacing the goods, repairing them, or obtaining a reasonable discount. In case of a material defect, you may withdraw from the contract.<\/a><\/p>

Settlement deadlines: <\/strong>We are obliged to remedy the defects within 30 days of receipt of the claim. If we fail to meet the deadline, you may request a refund or an additional discount.<\/p>

Refunds:<\/strong> In the event of termination of the contract, refunds will be made within 14 days. Goods must be returned clean and, where possible, in their original packaging.<\/p>
