The term Reiki combines &#8220;Rei,&#8221; meaning universal, omnipresent, and divine, with &#8220;Ki,&#8221; meaning energy. Reiki is life energy. It is a way to channel this energy and a path to internal equanimity.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During Reiki therapy sessions, I use gentle touch or place my hands just above your body to guide this energy toward balance. As a Reiki practitioner, I act as an intermediary, allowing energy to travel from my hands to you, focusing on areas in need.
