Mahmood<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d83154e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d83154e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dr Lynsey Mahmood is a Chartered Psychologist whose expertise lie in behaviour change, leadership performance, and team dynamics.<\/p><p>Having gained a PhD in Psychology in 2017, Lynsey has worked in Higher Education teaching Business Psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has also worked within the Fire and Rescue sector, spending four years at Kent Fire &amp; Rescue Service building their research and behaviour change team.
