A: Absolutely! Flexibility is not a prerequisite for yoga. Yoga actually helps to improve flexibility over time. Many poses can be modified to suit your current level of flexibility, and our instructors are trained to offer variations for all levels

A: Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid clothing that is too loose or too tight. Bare feet are typically recommended for yoga practice.

A: Generally, you just need yourself! We provide mats and props, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. You may also want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated

 

A: If you are interested in any of my group classes or want to discuss a private class, use the contact form to get in touch! For group classes, booking in advance is recommended as spaces fill up very quickly.

A: My classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. I always offer modifications and variations so you can tailor the practice to your individual needs and comfort level. You'll find a supportive and encouraging environment where you can explore yoga at your own pace.
